AUSTRIAN SOLDIER’S RING C.1866, SIZE 12 02/04/2025 The obliteration is heavily tooledAustro Prussian War period. Gilt bronze, size 12 with 3. 8mm band flaring to the foliate decorated shoulders. Raised shield shaped bezel with central cartouche on reeded ground. These were often dated with a monogram, but absent here. These rings were fashionable at the time particularly among Austrian soldiers.
